These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getdeanos.com and the DeanOS application (the "Service") provided by DeanOS ("DeanOS", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DeanOS is a platform for building and operating AI-powered agents and workflows. The Service is provided on an evolving basis and may change, add, or remove features at any time. Some features rely on third-party AI models and integrations.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including by sending it to AI and integration providers as you direct. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
The Service uses automated systems and AI models that produce output which may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise inappropriate. Output is provided for your convenience only, "as is", and you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on or act on any output. Output does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice.
The Service may let you connect or interact with third-party products and accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you connect and use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party services or for actions taken through integrations you authorize.
Some features may require payment. Where fees apply, we will tell you the price and terms before you incur a charge. Fees and plans may change with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by DeanOS and protected by law. Except for Your Content and the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not use our marks without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEANOS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) AUD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeanOS from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post them here with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and DeanOS regarding the Service.
